Let's look at its price during all three bull rallies.
The first was in 2018, when it rose to $1,300 in January. This happened at a time when all the coins, following Bitcoin, showed unprecedented growth.
Then there was a protracted decline, which continued until 2021. Then, in November 2021, Ethereum soared to $4,878. This was its record, which has not been broken to date.
The third bull boom is happening right now in September 2024. Ethereum was able to reach $4,000 in March, but after that it corrected to $2,000. The coin fell by 2 times. This is a bad indicator for a coin in the top 2 of the crypto market.
After all, Bitcoin at the same time fell from $73 thousand to $53 thousand. Which was about 27% and not 50% as in the case of the Ethereum coin. And Bitcoin was able to beat its personal record of the last bull run. Let's recall then that in 2021 BTC soared to 63 thousand dollars. So my forecast for the end of 2024 is this: if BTC rises in price to 100 thousand dollars, then the ETH coin will cost no more than 5500 dollars.
