This coin is very young. It is a little over a year old. When it appeared on crypto exchanges, its price started at 1.35 in March 2023. And in April, it rose to $1.70. This was most likely due to market manipulation, because there were no prerequisites for growth. There was a long 3-year bear season. The next 8 months, ARB only got cheaper. At some point, it could be bought at a price of $0.76. But then 2024 came, and with it the bull season. In January, ARB set its absolute maximum of 2.39. It may never reach such heights in the future. The first 3 months of this year, the ARB coin managed to stay above the $2 mark per coin, but then it collapsed. If Bitcoin, having crossed the $60,000 mark since March, was able to stay there throughout 2024, then the ARB coin is trading today at $0.55. This is a catastrophic fall. It is hard to say what caused it. But after such a knockout, and even during the bull season, it is unlikely to recover.
What will be the price of the Arbitrum coin at the end of 2024?
It seems to me that investors have abandoned this coin. It has been demonstrating too poor performance over the past 7 months. The developers also cannot surprise with anything unique. This project may disappear altogether. Therefore, even when Bitcoin grows to $100,000, the Arbitrum coin may either rise in price to $1 - $1.5 or fall even more.
I no longer believe in a price of $2 or higher.
